    Buy a $3 raffle entry for a chance to win a flash tattoo! You can buy multiple entries to help us hit our 100-ticket goal faster, but everyone’s odds stay the same—just one entry per person is counted.

  • Step 2: Watch for the Milestone

    Winners are announced once we hit our ticket goal! The more entries we gather, the quicker we can draw a winner and direct funds to support our community. Stay tuned for updates!

  • Step 3: Get Inked & Give Back

    When the winner is picked, they’ll get to choose a flash tattoo from my catalog of designs! Even if you don’t win, your entry still helps support our community—so everyone’s a part of making a difference.

What’s This All About?

  • This all started during a local UAW strike when workers were fighting for fair treatment and needed everyday supplies more than cash. I wanted to help, so I offered free bonus tattoos to clients who brought items off the supply list. It worked out great—and showed me that tattooing could be more than just art; it could connect people willing to give with those who needed support. That’s how this idea was born: to keep using my art to make a difference, one flash piece at a time.

  • This initiative is for anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of Detroiters in need. Every dollar spent helps provide support for local causes—whether it’s covering a utility bill, getting groceries, assisting an educator with classroom supplies or offering a little relief to a family in a tough spot. By participating, you’re not just getting a shot at a tattoo—you’re becoming part of a community that’s committed to helping others in meaningful ways

  • I prioritize causes that resonate with my local community, particularly those where even small contributions can make a big impact. Sometimes I connect with organizations or individuals directly through personal recommendations, while other times I look for immediate needs shared through local advocacy groups or neighborhood networks. Whether it’s providing supplies to striking workers, helping fund youth programs, or supporting shelters, my goal is to choose recipients who demonstrate a clear need and align with the values of giving back to those who support and uplift our city.

  • Funds raised through the raffle are put to work supporting local causes and individuals in need, from providing essential items to contributing to community initiatives. The goal is always to create meaningful impact, whether it’s by responding to urgent needs or supporting ongoing efforts that uplift our community.

  • Each entry has the same odds of winning, regardless of how many tickets someone buys. The $3 entry fee is designed to keep participation accessible, not to create competition over who can purchase the most. If you choose to buy multiple entries, it helps meet the goal quicker so aid can be provided faster, but it does not increase your chances of winning.

  • While the primary cause for each raffle is typically predetermined, I’m always open to suggestions and nominations. If there’s a cause or person you’re passionate about helping, feel free to reach out and share your recommendation. I aim to be as inclusive as possible and am happy to explore additional causes that align with our mission.

  • Every contribution matters, and I believe in showing that impact transparently. I post updates, stories, and photos of the people or organizations that receive our support. You’ll see exactly where your help is going, with regular updates on my social media and website. It’s all about creating a tangible connection between you and the community.

  • Winners of the raffle can select any of my pre-drawn flash designs from my dedicated flash page, @bcinkflash on Instagram. The designs are typically for the arm or leg and can be done in black and grey or color. Sizing is flexible up to a set maximum, and you’re welcome to adjust the size to fit your preference within that range. If none of the existing designs feel like a match, I’m open to customizing something more your style, like dainty floral, pixel pieces, or personal lettering. As long as the request falls within the range of work I typically do, we can make it happen!

  • Winners are selected randomly once all entries for the raffle have been sold. Each raffle has a cap on the number of entries to ensure fairness. After the tickets are sold out, a winner will be contacted within 24 hours, and an announcement will be made on social media. This process guarantees that everyone has an equal chance, and the selection is entirely at random.
