Pricing Guide

Shop Minimum & Hourly Rate

• Shop Minimum: $150 (1st hour included)

Hourly Rate: $100/hour after the first hour

The shop minimum ensures your tattoo is created with the highest quality materials and care, including a free consultation before the appointment is set, as well as a complimentary touch-up if needed.

Factors Affecting Final Price

  • Larger tattoos tend to require more time, or may need to be broken up into multiple sessions.

  • Some areas of the body take longer to tattoo due to complexity, pain sensitivity, and/or the elasticity of the skin in the selected area (e.g., ribs, hands, necks).

  • Different art styles require unique skills, materials, and timelines. Realism, fine line, and heavy blackwork for example each come with specific demands that can affect time and cost. Explore the style you like to set realistic expectations for your tattoo.

Budget Friendly Options

• Break it into sessions: Large or intricate designs can be spread across multiple sessions to make the process more manageable financially and physically.

• Simplify the design: Scaling down the size or detail of a tattoo can reduce both the time and cost involved.

• Bundle smaller tattoos: Grouping multiple small tattoos into one session ensures you get the most value out of the shop minimum.

Consider placement flexibility: Some areas, like ribs, stomach, and neck, take more time due to their sensitivity or loose skin. Choosing spots with tighter skin, like the forearm or calf, can significantly reduce the time required and, in turn, the cost.

• Consider flash designs: Pre-drawn flash pieces often come with a flat price, making them a more affordable option. I’m especially passionate about doing my flash designs, so you’ll always get a great deal and a piece I’m excited to create!
